All Sales are final. Please inspect your items at the time of purchase and delivery. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on in-stock items.
Patio World will not issue refunds, returns or exchanges for purchases violating the customer's HOA policies. Customers are responsible for knowing and following the rules and regulations of their HOA policies.
Custom Orders
Patio World Bend is not responsible for delays in production and shipping from the manufacturer. We can not guarantee delivery dates for custom orders. Patio World Bend is committed to providing the most accurate information regarding the estimated ship and delivery dates. We strive to communicate updates, which may impact the delivery timeline to our customers by their preferred communication method, as soon as the manufacturer notifies us.
All special orders require a minimum 50% deposit before the order can be placed. You, the customer, have 48 hours (two business days) to modify or cancel your order and receive a full refund, less a transaction processing fee of 3%. The only exception is if an order is canceled during regular business hours on the same day it was placed. Cancellations outside of the 48-hour time frame are nonrefundable.
Once items are picked up by the customer or authorized agent or delivered, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on the merchandise.
